Pediatric Associates

No stars. We HAD to change to this office because of insurance. We’ve been 2x and both were awful, the second a nightmare. The appointment was specifically to fill my child’s antidepressant. The nurse who answered the phone fit us in specifically for the refill because she knew it’s important not to lapse and they knew this office was not the original prescriber which is why we needed an appointment and couldn’t just call it in. They had ALL the information prior to the appointment. Still they originally thought he was there for a sick appointment. Dr. Siddiq and Dr. Melman wouldn’t fill it because she says it a controlled substance. It is NOT. Our old pediatrician is the ONLY one who has ever prescribed it. Dr. Melman and Dr. Siddiq are lovely doctors. They are thorough, great with my kids and extremely knowledgable. Nurse Dorothy is wonderful and the clerical staff, Ann, are fantastic. Pediatric Associates have been there for my family for the past 8 years. We love them!

The Port Jeff office is the worst place when my son and I went, kept telling me I was his sister (mom) if I didn’t pay a copay they’d tell me no I have to pay to be seen! Talked about me when I was standing at the desk

I have been using Pediatric Associates for 9 years they are the best the doctors nurses n staff are amazing!

Everyone is so nice and helpful. My daughter loves going to the doctor now because of everyone. Definitely recommend!
