Pediatric Associates Hialeah

Do yourself a favor and go to any location in Miami except the Hialeah office !!!! They tell you to arrive 15 minutes early and then you wait for two hours. I’ve been here 3 times in the last two weeks and each time i waited over a hour after my appointment time to be seen. The manager is Priscilla Alvarado and obviously she doesn’t have any control over this practice. As a matter of fact she’s nowhere to be found today when I requested to speak to a manager. It’s not a joke nobody wants to sit in a waiting room with screaming babies for two hours. Shut this place down it is the bottom of the barrel for pediatric associates LITERALLY!!!!

La clínica mas mala que existe en todo usa no le doy menos de una estrella porque no se puede ,el front desck todas son una completas incompetentes sobre todo un pelirroja qué tan siquiera levanta la vista para mirarte, me an echo perder el tiempo en mas de una ocasión, mala información te mandan para un lado para otro y a demas te hacen perder tu tiempo como si uno no tuviera nafa q hacer si quieren perder su tiempo y dinero les aseguro que aqui lo haran This has been one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. This place has become horrible, if I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD, I used to treat my kid with the wonderful Doctor Rodriguez since he was born but she left and they assigned me, Dr. Crubelo without giving the chance to accept, I recently had my annual checkup and since she did not know my kid, I was trying to give her bit of history and she wouldn't let me explain myself, she could not care less what I was saying, I think she was in a hurry to leave, this was around 3 pm, also her attitude is awful. I handle the situation as best I could because I needed a refill and a referral, but I should've treated her the same way she did to us; on top of that I don't know why she's so full of herself when she's not even a doctor, she is a nurse practioner and very displeasing. Way too busy. It was way more organized and efficient the last time I went. No one knew which line was for what check out forms and check in. We’re all in the same area so it was overcrowded. Staff, however, were extremely nice. And wait time was not long

I dont understand why my child has a PCP and can never be seen unless he has an appointment days to even weeks from when he needs to be seen. Not a single parent and child in the lobby and was turned away for not having an appointment. Ridiculous.
