The doctors are good and professional, but the waiting time is not acceptable. Every time we have to wait an hour or more. I don’t understand why appointments cannot be managed better. Sick children who need rest should not have to sit and wait for so long. We schedule in advance, so the appointment time should be respected.

The practitioner and nurses were attentive and kind to me and my baby. You really get the sense that they care. The lab tech however was so unprofessional I had to leave a one star review hoping it gets the attention of upper management to do some re coaching on her lack of professionalism. She was to bring a poct guaiac test to the room. I waited almost an hour for her to bring it. She dropped it on the exam table, explained what to do then walked out, saying from down the hall “bring to lab” I had no idea she was even talking to me so I went in the hall to clarify where continued down the hall and just repeated to bring to lab- I didn’t even know where lab was; even if it was in the building. Dr. Jacob seligsohn is any amazing and informative doctor. He treats everyone with respect and the children with kindness. Always the best Pediatrician office as well! In and out in less than an hour most days … hollywood I’m out in 2 hours minimum

We’ve been taking our children to Pediatric Associates for a while, and the two doctors we’ve seen—Dr. Pinson and Dr. Cohen—are absolutely amazing. Their care, professionalism, and attention to detail are what keep us coming back. Unfortunately, our experiences with the overall office operations and staff have been consistently disappointing. For example, when scheduling my son’s one-year appointment, I was told I could come in before his birthday. When we arrived, we were told we’d have to come back for the shots instead. At that follow-up visit, we were told it would “only take a few minutes,” yet we waited over two hours. Even after politely asking multiple times, no one helped expedite the process.
