Very kind and superb bed side manners to both the child and parent. Their rooms make you forget why you’re there. All of the walls inside and outside the rooms are all Narnia themed at this location. 😍

So I used to bring my daughters here because the other local pediatricians didnt take insurance. When I told them I suspected my daughters might have developmental or behavior disorders, their behavior specialist met with us 1 time and said they would grow out of it. No referrals for testing of any kind. I had to find the doctors and setup appointments myself without referrals. Most specialist offices wont see patients without a referral from a PCP. OCPS was able to refer us to a child psychiatrist who was able to evaluate and diagnose my daughters. When I took my younger daughter to another pediatrician that opened up, as soon as I told them I suspected something was not right with her, they referred her to a child neurologist who diagnosed her with ADHD. I was with first choice pediatric for 10yrs. Since pediatric associates took over. My son have been seeing different doctors every time he visit the office. I like normalcy and this is very stressful for my son. I do not like the rotating staff. Even though the new doctors are nice I am considering moving to a different practice for consistency. My son suffer from anxiety and this does not help.

This clinic used to be First Choice Pediatrics, and the care was great. Unfortunately, since becoming Pediatric Associates, the overall experience has gone downhill. While the doctors and nurses remain excellent, the billing practices have become increasingly frustrating and, in my opinion, dishonest. We've been billed for services we never received or were never informed about in advance. When we raised concerns, the staff responded with a dismissive, "that's your problem" attitude. It's disappointing to see such a decline in transparency and customer service.

I spoke to front desk and Dr Cabrera and medasst explain we were just there for a physical, I was paying cash! 150$jus for physical and they ask if we wanted bloodwork I told them only what was included in the fee I was paying! Week later I get bill form lab $258! Beware! Spoke to office mgr and they will not fix. I have been a customer of this group for 31years never had this problem at their other offices
