Pediatric Associates

We’ve been going here for about a year and I have 4 toddlers so you can imagine, we’re there a lot! We’ve had such a pleasant experience with all of the doctors and staff EXCEPT FOR DR. ROYALL!!! She is so rude and clearly doesn’t care. She ignores my kids. She should not be in pediatrics.. She diagnoses before she walks in the room and even looks at my child. She’s never in the room more than 2 minutes. We’ve seen her at least 4-5 times now and it’s the same experience every time. I’ve asked other people that go here and they’ve shared similar experiences. Otherwise, highly recommend!

I came to Pediatric Associates after leaving a group that I had went to as I was a child. Dr. Michael Hilton is his doctor who cares about the child, his needs, and takes the time with the parents so they are aware of different situations. Kathy Morse. CPNP works with him and is absolutely wonderful. She draws pictures explaining things so the child can actually visualize what she is talking about, I have learned so much from her too. She is so much like a loving motherly figure talking to you about what is good, never pushing her advice. The staff is so sweet, never in a rush to just get in or out. When you call for a nurse question you usually never have to leave a message, they come right on ready to help with your question. We love and trust this group for our children and for me and

We have been going here for almost 5 years and love it. Dr. Hilton is great and always take time with us and will explain everything. Our youngest has special needs and anything we need he is always very helpful. We always have a great experience when we come.

I am extremely disappointed with this doctor’s office. Every visit feels like a waste of time because the wait times are unbelievably slow, regardless of whether you have an appointment or not. The office and facility staff are unprofessional, unorganized, and give the impression that patients’ time and concerns are not valued at all. Communication is poor, and there seems to be little regard for basic courtesy or efficiency. After multiple frustrating experiences, I’ve decided to switch doctors entirely. I would not recommend this office to anyone who values their time, professionalism, or quality Very disappointing and advising all patients to swap doctors asap Ps: we waited of over 3 hours

We’ve been going here for 3 years and love all the doctors we have seen. Dr. E is our personal favorite but seriously have had nothing but great experiences with all the doctors, nurses and staff.
