If you have multiple children, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I have two kids under 5, and one of them tested positive for RSV. The office only excused that child from school and insisted my other daughter be seen by a physician before giving her an excuse—even though she was clearly exposed at home. This is exactly why so many sick kids end up in school: pediatric offices treat everything like a billing opportunity instead of considering the reality of families with young children. We’ve been patients here for six months, and it still feels like they don’t know us at all.

I can’t say enough good things about Pediatric Associates at Ridge. The clinic is always so clean, calm, and welcoming, which makes every visit such a positive experience. The front desk staff is amazing—always friendly, helpful, and professional.👋 A huge thank you to Mrs. Urbano for all the great advice and for the care she showed while checking my baby boy, Luke. 🙏She was thorough, kind, and made us feel very comfortable.
