Pediatric Associates at Argyle P.A.

Ive been taking my boys to the Argyle location for 16-17 years now. The staff there have always been so nice & helpful. Also the times ive had the pleasure of having Dr. Rendon for their check ups he's been so great, takes his time to listen not making us feel rushed, goes above and beyond to help anyway he can & to make us feel comfortable. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience in the years we've been going. Thank you Everyone keep up the good work 😊

The staff is friendly ans making appointments for my children was easy. They made sure to explain everything to both my children and myself and made sure we understood what was happening. They answered all the questions we had about shots.

It was an extremely hostile environment. The way they treat mothers is terrible, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate. At my daughter’s second appointment, as a first-time mom, I overheard the receptionists speaking badly about me. I felt awful I just wanted to disappear. Thank God I changed pediatricians. Every time my daughter needed a referral to a specialist, I practically had to beg. I had to explain, insist, and defend the request while the doctors questioned everything ‘Are you sure? I don’t think she needs that.’ This happened even when the speech therapist specifically requested that my daughter be referred to another specialist. We have never had a bad experience here, they are kind & patient with my kids & they don't hesitate to get your child in if they’re sick or need to be seen right away. I wish there was extra parking space but that isn’t really their fault.

The doctors provided terrible service. Why describe it in detail? I would never finish! 😡 In my opinion, it's the worst. They waste your time; all they care about is getting paid, not your child's health. They don't take anything seriously, and the diagnosis they give you has nothing to do with the actual problem. The manager should analyze more thoroughly what is happening in their clinic. There are many negative reviews, and while one person can make a mistake, so many negative reviews are a sign that something is not working properly. That's all from me; I will never go back there again.
