Pediatric Associates A Plus

Awful bedside manner and was rude to my child. Made me feel like I didn’t know what I was advocating for when she’s only ever seen my daughter once. I couldn’t get my daughter in any sooner but next time it won’t be with that doctor and if it has to be I’ll go to urgent care instead. There was just no understanding with her.

I love this pediatrician. I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years with my children and I refuse to take them anywhere else, even after moving 45 miles away. It’s definitely worth the drive. The Nurse Practitioner is so nice and friendly. She pays attention to my children, remember small things without looking at her notes and her interaction with them is just AMAZING!! The other staff there are also very kind.

Dr. Valentín is excellent, very successful with her diagnoses. And we love that they are remodeling the facilities to be increasingly modern and more in the style of Pediatric Associates.

I love A+ Pediatrics. I love my daughter’s doctor. I only give them a 3 star review rating because they were bought by a bigger company and now everything feels a lot less personal and more about herding patients through like cattle in the shoot for auction. Here’s an example of how things have changed and not for the better. I tried to alert the office staff that I was going to be about 5 minutes late. When I called, the phone system took me down a maze of automated questions and I ended up with an AI assistant couldn’t understand my 5 minutes late statement and told they’d transfer me to a person. Then I was disconnected. This process took 10 minutes.. I was there in another 5 minutes… in the past I’ve called. Rings.. answered by a person.. delivered my message.. staff alerted. Less

We really think the world of Dr.Valentin. No the portal isn’t great, but she and Anneliese are top notch providers!
