I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had as a new patient at this pediatric office. I scheduled an appointment for my child, but never received a confirmation. I was told I would receive a callback to confirm the appointment—but no one ever followed up. To make matters worse, I was later charged a cancellation fee for an appointment I was never even sure was confirmed. When I called to explain the situation, the staff was dismissive and insisted on keeping the charge, despite their lack of communication and follow-through. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and unfair, especially for a parent trusting a new provider with their child’s care. I have been with this office since Oregon avenue. My oldest son is thirty one and we have been taking him there since he was about six years old until 18. I have four children my youngest child will be twenty one in July. We are going 4 our last visit today. I am going to miss this team of doctors. They showed goodness, kindness and patience. Dr. Elvey and Dr. Pisk great job and all the best to you.

My experience with Dr. Elvey has been wonderful. She is so gentle and kind with my baby and she really takes the time to get to know us. She offers great advice. The receptionists are always sweet and flexible. I love this place! Would recommend to anyone.

My whole family has been seeing Dr. Elvey for years and now she sees my son. The parking at the new location isn’t ideal, but I will put up with it for the amazing care. One of the few small private practices around for children; she spends her time talking to you about your child and your life and actually knows who you are instead of just treating you like a number that walks through the door.

Dr. Pisk and his staff are nothing short of fantastic. They are always accommodating and squeeze you in when your child is sick. By far the best doctor for children around 10/10 highly recommend.
