Pediatric and Adolescent Care

Longtime patient here! Brought my kids to Dr.Taylor in 2010 and have referred many other families to Pediatric and Adolescent Care. I have always been very happy until the last year or so. I had a wonderful relationship with the previous office manager, Lillian. She was very attentive and caring to any comments, concerns, or billing questions. However, since she left, there has been a lot of office turnover, especially when it comes to providers my children have always seen. There is a new manager, however, the one time she was in office when I was there she was dismissive, rude, and rolled her eyes when I wanted to introduce myself and ask a billing question. I’ve been with this practice for many years, even back when Dr. Taylor was here, and I was his patient. I’ve continued bringing all my kids here, from high school to baby, because I’ve trusted the doctors. Lately though, I’ve noticed big changes. Many of the staff and doctors I knew and trusted have left, and the environment feels very different. The front desk staff are still wonderful, but I feel professionalism in the office has slipped. One concern I’ve had is with a staff member (I believe her name is Annie) who often comes right up to babies’ faces, and at times I’ve even seen her pick up patients’ babies. With flu, COVID, and RSV season, this makes me very uneasy as a parent. I haven’t felt comfortable bringing this up to the doctors, and the manager is hard to reach, so I’m leavi

I have been bringing my children to this office for the last 25 years. My I love coming in to the office with a welcoming smile. Ani is the most friendliest and has the most welcoming smile when we come in. My youngest son always looks for her when he comes in. When he sees Ani it helps him a little more when he has to see the doctors. He always makes sure he says " Goodbye My BFF" when we leave. Thank you Ani so much for being such an amazing person.

I have been so impressed with this practice over the last nearly 4 years- from the office staff to the nurses and of course the doctors. They care so deeply; today they called me twice to check on my daughter after her flu diagnosis. They feel like family.

I have a very very long history with Dr Taylor and his office. I went there from the age of 5 until 22 and then worked there as a nurse and took my kids there once I became a mother. I have experienced the most amazing care as a patient, and as a mother, and I feel like as a nurse I was pretty cautious with who cares for my own children. I never felt rushed and always felt like each provider took their time to answer questions. Speaking of providers at the office I think that the fact that the providers have worked there for so many years speaks volumes its itself, where as other offices have a high provider turn over.
