Pediatric and Adolescent Ambulatory Center

Great doctors but if it comes to customer service they are the worst!!!!! Last time I was trying to get referral it took me 3 days making calls and I never got this referral. At the next visit I asked my doctor why I never received it and he told me he was never inform that I requested one!!! Lately I was waiting for vaccination records for my son’s daycare. I was waiting 3 weeks and once again nobody cared. I called 2 times and I was told to wait. So finally I decided to pick it up. They always making an excuses saying that it’s your fault not their( I have heard that so many times from them).People who works behind the desks seems to not doing their jobs. It’s impossible to get anything you need from them unless you do in peron!!! So that would be my only reason why I’m looking for new d

Asian girl on the phone put the phone down and didn't get back to me for an appointment for my newborn first visit. Horrible person she completely forgot the call and started chatting and doing other stuff and I could hear everything she was saying. I recorded the phone conversation for 30 minutes but she had me on hold for over an hour. Her understanding of English is very bad also. Unacceptable

Since October 2023 I have been calling for a routine appointment for my son and we will be in October 2024 and there is no way to get an appointment. A year has passed and this clinic does not answer calls and they told me 6 months ago that they would return my call and I never received one. The truth is, I am calling to change my son's clinic because it has been the worst in the last two years and that's even though one needs a routine check-up for school and I have had to take him to a closer urgent care center because this clinic and those they hire to answer calls in the call center have never had appointments available for years.

I just want to say this for what it’s worth. While all of the reviews are true, when you INITIALLY call Einstein medical offices, you are calling a call center. Yes, an actual call center. That deals with and takes incoming calls from MULTIPLE, upwards of 20+ Einstein offices varying from adult med, OBGYN. Etc and get overwhelmed at times with all of the calls with so little staff. With that being said, the call center is not responsible for WHY the offices are not responding to your requests or WHY the appointments are so scarce. Yes it sucks. The call center is just responsible for making appointments and escalation attempts to reach the office. Once the caller is connected to the office upon their request, whatever happens is beyond the call centers control. So PLEASE don’t fault the ca

If I could give them a negative star I would. I have been trying to make an appointment since January for my two kids, they are in need of their wellness visit and need their vaccinations. Everytime I call they are saying they have no availability and that someone will contact me. They are recommending me to another office in the Northeast which is very inconvenient for me. At this point I am beginning to believe this office isn't seeing patients at all because their is no way an appointment is not available. Someone needs to do something and figure out why the office is not accepting patients and are allegedly booked out for the entire year!
