Pediatric & Adult Dentistry of the Palm Beaches

I had to change dentists due to a new job with insurance out of network from our previous dentist. The experience since I started has been great. Had some work to be done to recover after not having coverage for a while and today I am back on a bi annual visit VS every quarter thanks to the work done at this office. The staff are friendly and welcoming and accommodating to my requests. I appreciate the new relationship built and I feel settled and comfortable with the new dental office. Highly recommend the team to anyone looking for the service and and work standard that I have received

We have been going to the office for a few years now for regular visits and I’m still so grateful to have found this dentist and the staff. They are all super professional, wonderful with the kids, quick and accommodating. Dr.G takes the time to talk calmly and quietly explaining to my kids what’s happening and also to myself. I had tried two dentists before with my daughter and once we tried this office we could not be happier. It’s not a battle getting either of my kids to go now. Thank you for always taking amazing care of my kiddos and their teeth!!!

My daughter has a pretty extreme fear of the dentist as we have had some pretty tough experiences at other dentists in the area. They were able to offer appointments within a reasonable timeframe, came up with a plan of action and executed it flawlessly. Dr. G is great at what he does . My daughter needed an extraction and he made us both feel very comfortable from beginning to end. Every single staff member is kind and welcoming. Thank you to Zay, Lucy, and Dr. G!

We had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. An appointment for my child—who was actively in pain due to a dental issue—was cancelled without any notification to me. I only became aware when I attempted to confirm the visit. What was most concerning is that the cancellation appeared to be influenced by communication with the other parent rather than prioritizing the medical needs of the child. This occurred despite the fact that we have a court-ordered parental agreement, which requires careful, neutral handling by medical providers to avoid interference or misinterpretation. No effort was made to contact me, discuss the urgency of my child’s condition, or offer an alternative appointment. As a result of the delay in care, my child ultimately required emergency dental

Dr. Kramer and all the staff are exceptional. Hubby and I have both had cleanings and several crowns, all has gone smoothly and painfree. Dr. Kramer and Trish are very thorough caring and compassionate. Would highly recommend!
