Pediatric Adolescent Medicine

Pro - usually pretty easy to get an appointment and they usually have same day sick visits. Con- my son is autistic and they aren’t really equipped to help track his health. Also it took two months to get paperwork I needed between them not answering for three weeks and people being on vacation. Over it. Switching my PCP.

Overall I love this office my son has been going here since he was 3 we started of in the DE office and once we moved back to Philly he’s been going to the Philly office.. only downside I have is the past two days I’ve been calling even showed up to the office yesterday and they were closed.. I need forms filled out for my son and can’t because the office is closed and the voice mailbox is full so I can’t even leave a message..

The doctors are good, but good luck trying to get anyone on the phone there. They never answer and every time you call the voicemail is full. It is weird for a doctor's office and frustrating.

I love this clinic. My daughters have been seen here since they were young children and are now almost teenagers. I know I can get an honest opinion/recommendation from the doctors. Especially Dr. King who is hilarious but yet full of wisdom in helping parents in raise overall healthy children. The staff have assisted me when I needed medical forms completed, even when it was inconvenient for them. They have improved greatly with the wait times and I appreciate having them as a resource.

This doctor's office is absolutely terrible their communication and customer service . My son ran a temp of 104 for 6 days . I tried to get him into see a doctor and made an appointment online for Monday 10am . I showed up To the office and they were closed despite hours posted on the door and website . I called the school house location and was informed that online appointment setting does not work and the office is closed for today . Note the Wilmington location is only open on Monday and Thursday ! I informed a receptionist that I would drive to Philly if they could see my son and which I was told they were overbooked and a doctor would call An attending doctor called me via phone to say he has a virus’s monitor him despite my some running a high temp , haven’t eaten or drunk any
