Pediatric & Adolescent Center Southgate

The nurses were awesome. I've only ever met my children's primary doctor one time & it was when my first child started going. Everytime I come here, we leave with the flu or get sicker. I wish they did a little better at disinfecting their rooms and lobby. You can clearly tell the building doesn't get cleaned very iften.

My son is three and a half, and we've been coming here since he was born. Dr. Bisson is the best! He's always so great with answering our questions, and making my son comfortable. The NP's are awesome for the most part. We had a really bad experience with 1 of them, but other than that it's been great! I would highly recommend going there!

This is my daughter's first time here at this location and I was very shocked at how good this location and NP Adrianna were, as I was skeptical after seeing some of the reviews. This whole experience was so quick, to schedule same day appointment and to get seen by a professional. My daughter has been having problems with excessive earwax too, and I'm telling you right now she is one of the best and fastest professional to take out her earwax Ive seen over the years. She looks really young but for sure experienced. We are very thankful for her diagnosis and to finally find her. I truly recommended her!

Very unprofessional office. I took off work today to make sure my children were able to see the pediatrician. They cancelled our appointment one hour prior to the appointment. I don’t know about anyone else but l missed an entire day of pay because of this. I moved around my schedule to be able to make sure my children would be able to get a wellness check up. The receptionist was quite rude and with no empathy. That they were cancelling their appointments the same day. I wish my pediatrician was still available. Read the reviews. I should have read them.

I moved my family here from another doctors office, and have been nothng but pleasantly surprised. They take you back on time (If not early!) The doctors are always very nice, they make sure all your questions are answered, and make sure to address any concerns. The front desk staff has always been nothing but extremely helpful with me. I have two older children that go here. The facility is very clean and well-kept. One big reason we moved care here!
