Don't waste your time bringing your small animal there. I was charged $169 and was given no answers, he doesn't know what's wrong with her. I should have went to Odessa in the first place. Such a waste of time and a waste of money!

I had a really disappointing experience with this vet. Nexts time I’m going to Odessa because the tools they used didn’t look clean, which immediately made me uncomfortable and concerned for my dog’s safety. On top of that, the vet was very rude and dismissive when I tried to ask questions. They didn’t bother to explain anything about how to care for my dog after the visit or what to watch out for. I left feeling frustrated, confused, and worried. I definitely expected more professionalism and basic courtesy from a place that’s supposed to care for animals. Pls if you care for your animal don’t take them their.

Took my Pomeranian in , had the runs, couldn’t get fecal to test , gave her a shot , didn’t know what she had, but she’s doing better than she was .

I brought my dog in because she was very sick. She was vomiting, weak and not acting like herself. The vet was very rude and didn’t explain anything to me. He didn’t run any test to see if she had an infection or parvo and just gave us antibiotics with no real reason or diagnosis. Because my dog kept getting worse, I had to take her to the vet in Monahans where they immediately tested her and confirmed she had parvo. They started the correct treatment right away and she finally began improving. I would not recommend bringing a small animal here. This vet mainly focuses on large animals like horses and cattle.

Our puppy was very sick , and we live far away from our family Vet , and did know what to expect. I am very grateful for Dr . Box and his staff . Dr. Box was very thorough and kind , and our puppy is on the mend thanks to him! Staff was very nice and helpful as well ❤️
