Pearl Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

My friend's father just died of Covid-19 which he caught from an employee while a resident of this facility! If that wasn't bad enough, now the facility is giving my friend the run around about the final disposition of his remains. She has spent two days on the phone getting passed from one person to another - all who contradict each other! Isn't it bad enough her father died from their negligence? Weren't they supposed to be testing their employees? I think the care facility should AT LEAST pay for his mandatory cremation since they are responsible for his death. Very sad. I do not recommend this facility.

Often waited 2 plus hours for my pain meds...which some I had broken leg, arm and back wasn't ideal. Some very awesome staff, especially activities dept and the cna's, balanced out by terrible nurses.

I have a close family member at your facility. Due to Covid (and an incompetent car😉) I have not visited her-but I call and when I do the staff is very accommodating and get the phone or a message to her! Thanks! You are appreciated!🎄🎅💚❤❤

Absolutely beyond incompetent admin. Refused to help any of the staff in ANY situation in the brief time I was there. Apparently walking the halls and staring at the pop machine is more important.
