I got top dentures that didn’t fit, and after being fitted for a bottom piece I got an abscess and when I tried to make an appointment I was told I couldn’t get an appointment I have to call and wait for a cancellation! Very unprofessional and inhumane! Now I have TWO abscesses and 2 very loose bottom teeth!!! This is how they treat their patients!!?!!

If 0 stars were an option, I'd definitely be giving 0 stars. Everyone is always extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm not even sure how this place is even still in business.

I absolutely love going here! My children always hated going to the dentist and now they have no problems with going. The atmosphere is very up beat, and the staff is very nice and friendly. I have no problem getting and getting my teeth done in a timely manner. Thank you so much!

Posting for my friend who went there today: she was so disgusted by the way she was treated she walked out in the middle of the appointment. The woman doing her cleaning reached into the trash beyond the rim, then did some other things all within her line of vision including changing a trash liner and used the same gloves to touch her mouth. When she told her she couldn't take it anymore and got up to leave the hygienist laughed at her.

I had to go in for a root canal and I was extremely scared and anxious because some people say they hurt really bad. However, I went to Dr. Olson and there was no pain whatsoever. Not even slightly. I am so grateful for him and his dental assistant. She made sure I was okay multiple times throughout the procedure. Thank you so much Olson Family Dentistry!
