Pearl Animal Hospital

I started bringing my first dog here in 2020, and everyone was always kind and welcoming. After moving across town and getting a second dog I continue to return because of how welcoming, friendly, thoughtful and caring everyone is here. I feel like my dogs are treated well and the vets provide excellent care.

We have been clients of Pearl Animal Hospital since they opened, and clients of Dr. Anders before that. They have treated five of our dogs and two cats over the years. They are unfailingly kind, compassionate, thorough, caring, and responsive. I love that they provide an explanation of costs before any treatment occurs, so that the plan and costs are entirely in control our control as owners. Their explanations and treatment have always been top notch, and we are very grateful for their years of care.

Unfortunately this company has a hard time communicating or even having compassion- especially Angela the front desk coordinator- My chihuahua has massive ptsd due to him being STOLEN in Italy - anyway they didn’t read the fact I requested a chill pill before we came in to do a wellness checkup and some vaccines. The poor doggie did flip out so they sent us home and had to reschedule due to them not reading the paperwork. Well the next day I worked very late and missed the optimal time to administer the drugs by 30 min so they said come tomorrow- they swiped my deposit and won’t be nice to let my 30 min delay of drugs to him slide. Why can’t they just be cool with the deposit? If they would’ve given me the meds in the first place this wouldn’t happen. LAME. I chose to walk out then to give

Pearl has been my favorite vet of them all in the 20+ years I’ve been a dog owner. They give every dog such personalized love and care that you feel like your dog is the only one they ever see. They are informative, thoughtful, gentle, and care deeply about both you and your pets. I have the utmost confidence in their skill and decision making and wouldn’t choose another vet over them in a million years. Special shout out to Dr. Britvan who goes above and beyond in big and small ways every chance she gets. I am so grateful to have her as my dogs’ doctor.

I have been going to Pearl Animal Hospital for a few years now. Dr. Britvan is the primary doctor for my dogs Ginger and Pippin. The entire staff is incredibly loving and friendly. Our dog underwent a dental procedure a few months ago. Dr. Britvan understood my anxiety and did her best to give me statistics and facts. During the procedure, we were in constant communication. She called me several times to keep me informed. Afterwards, when my dog had a bad reaction to a medication, they got us in immediately. Every single tech we have come in contact with has been so personable and kind to my dogs. I trust all of them.
