Peak Valley Bodywork

Cate and Joey are awesome!! I’ve been going to Peak Valley Bodywork pretty consistently now for the past year and every time I leave feeling refreshed. I compete in Strongman, so my body gets pretty beat up on a regular basis and Cate does an excellent job of listening to my concerns and addressing any issues I may have. Having a trustworthy massage therapist gives me even more confidence with my training because I know I can count on Cate to help keep me in the game!

Was refered to Peak Valley by my previous massage therapist who moved away. Have been so grateful that Joey is able to handle my care and maintenance since then as with work and my constant travel it's truly needed. Glad to know whatever issue that has come up whether it be my back, legs, shoulder, arm or etc I know I'm in good hands and walk out feeling relief. Only wish I have sometimes is that our schedules would be aligned so I could see him more often. I highly recommend Joey as keeps me functioning when my body decides not to!

I recently had my first massage with Cate and the vibes were immaculate. I was so happy she wasn't playing the typical massage therapy waves and flute music lol! The space is warm and comforting and her massage techniques were spot on. I have had many medical massages in my lifetime due to chronic pain and Cate was fantastic. She hit all the target spots but balanced discomforting trigger point with soothing massage and I have already made next appointment. Thanks Cate!

They listen, and are egar to help. I always leave felling better than when I walked in. If you are active, and need deep tissue and /or cupping, I recommend that you book an appointment, today.

I chose Peak Valley Bodywork specifically because Kate and her partner only do therapeutic massage. I appreciate a therapist who can effectively target and relieve the muscle tension and knots in my body and Kate is that therapist! She listens to my concerns and will then tailor my massage to my specific needs. I always leave there feeling like the stress has been alleviated and overall relaxation was accomplished. Her space is a very professional room in her home that is separate from her personal space. It is a comfortable and calming environment. You won’t be disappointed with Peak Valley Bodywork!! I never have been!!
