Wonderful welcoming and encouraging every visit; experienced and knowledgeable PTs AND PTA. I got help doing my exercises with correct body posture to avoid injury, and even modifications of exercises prescribed by a personal trainer that were too difficult initially. My PT's help was an important boost toward my goal of climbing Mt Kilimanjaro. On Sep 6, 2025 I reached Gilman's Point at 18,885, one of the three official summits of Kilimanjaro. I was so happy to finally achieve this after an especially rigorous year of training after I failed to summit the year before. Good people. The therapists are caring and competent. Time is spent determining the problem you are seeking help for and what your ultimate goals want to be . At that point they work with you with a workable plan to achieve those goals.
