I have been doing virtual training sessions 3 days per week with Vadim since September of 2020. After a knee reconstruction in winter of 2019 followed by months of covid lockdown, I was horribly out of shape. Vadim developed an individual training plan for me based on my goals of gaining weight, strength, and range of motion. In slightly over three years of training with Vadim I have progressed from simple range of motion and body weight exercises to heavy squats, deadlifts, and bench pressing while adding added almost 60 pounds of lean muscle mass. Because of Dr. Ayzenshtat's training I look and feel better than i did in my 20s.

I threw my back out moving a bed. I knew I needed PT, but didn’t want to go to a large practice. I found Vadim by word of mouth and booked an appointment. Vadim took time to understand my concerns. Did a full examination and determined a plan. I struggled to learn some of the therapy moves, but Vadim was patient and found multiple ways to explain.
