Peak Performance Physical Therapy

It was not a good experience. I had two appointments, with my favorite therapist, which were mostly wonderful, and I was feeling so much better, but they are short staffed and then they wouldn't continue to treat me. I was very upset as they have been the only physical therapists that have made a difference in my life. Hopefully they will get back to their old selves in the future.

I appreciated the friendly yet professional treatment at every session. I have had a good recovery because of the great therapy I received from Jeff and his staff. I recommend Peak Performance for any therapy need.

Highly professional, knowledgeable, and caring staff. My uncle took a deadly fall from a big rig reefer trailer which left him with a broken femur and other fractured bones. When he first started physical therapy he could barrly walk relying heavily on a stroller and unable to perform even the simplest chores and now a little more than a month later he is throwing aside his stroller and walking on his own thanks to Jenna’s posture stabilization and muscle strengthening regimen. Keep up the great work!

After breaking my leg last fall I decided to use Peak Performance simply because everyone I talked to spoke highly of them. Their friendly office staff worked directly with my insurance provider (I'm certain this was not a fun process for them). They pushed me when I needed it and worked with me on the many bad days during my recovery. I felt like I was part of their family during my time with them.

It took them three days to call back to make an appt. Was originally told they could get me in that week for the initial evaluation. Then the lady, who indicated she was the owner/manager, had no openings available. She had an attitude of indifference and could of cared less that I wasted time waiting for them to call back. She also tried to claim that they left a msg for me, which they did not. I was warned that they pack them in like sardines here but I needed the late hours. This just confirmed what I heard, they are way too busy to give me the proper care that I need. Owner is very rude.
