One of my prescriptions is often hard for other pharmacies to acquire but I’ve never had an issue at Carl’s. I still use their services even after we moved. Worth the drive for quality & dependability.

Answered all my questions about ear piercing over the phone. Easy to book online. Staff were very friendly and helpful, amazing with my daughter. The process was smooth and easy. Two staff so it was over at once, "just a quick pinch and not as bad as I thought it would be" are my daughter's words. We shopped a little afterwards for gifts. Very very pleased!

I wish their hours were a little more convenient, but when they are open, they are great! They have an efficient prescription notification process, knowledgeable staff, store is always clean, and service with order completion is very quick.

We took our 8 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. The staff members were amazing! They made her feel comfortable and made the experience a good one! I would definitely recommend anyone else looking to get their ears pierced to go to Carls!
