Peachtree Immediate Care - Valdosta West

I made my appointment online which was very easy to do. Mea at the front desk was very nice. She greeted me when I walked in. My wait wasn’t long. Everyone was so courteous and nice. I want to thank Mea, Nakayla, Lailani and Amarei for the excellent care they gave me. They were very professional and listened to my concerns. Just to calm my fears I wanted an X-ray done and the order was put in. Thank you for going above and beyond. Thank you!!

This place is terrible and filled with incompetent wannabe doctors. I shouldn’t even be leaving a review like this because it’s embarrassing but honestly idgaf, that’s how frustrated I am with these people. I came here to get treated for an STI. Their normal urine test didn’t show up w anything but I still had symptoms. I went back in and they did a urethral swab. Lady shoved 4-5 q tips down my penis. It was awful. She prescribed something after the results came back. I took the medication but the symptoms still persisted. I went back and told them what was going on I even told her what medication I was hoping to get because it specifically targets what I tested positive for, she proceeds to write me another broad spectrum antibiotic and says oh what you want is a little pricey and sends m

Great experience from start to finish! Set an appointment and arrived early - unable to complete check in online prior to arrival- the receptionist was amazing- took all my information and entered it and was happy to help. Amari was the next staff member I encountered and she too was amazing, friendly, kind, compassionate are just a few words to describe her! I didn’t catch the name of my provider but she was equally kind and compassionate and did a great job addressing my healthcare needs. I had a follow up visit 2 days later and once again was impressed by each staff member I encountered- from the front desk to the tech to the provider, Dr. Lailani. In addition, the facility was extremely clean! Would highly recommend this facility.

The staff at Peachtree Urgent Care in Valdosta, Georgia provided an excellent experience from start to finish. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring, which made the visit smooth and stress-free. The efficiency, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out and made a big difference. I’m very grateful for such a great team and the quality care they provide to the community.

My experience there is a 9.5 out of 10. The only thing was the wait BUT is understandable because there was a lack of staff. As a RN, I understand when there is short staffing. Ive been here a couple times. Today was the first time I waited a little long, but It is stressful to be everywhere at one place. Although, the care was great. My NP, Lailani was really good. She had very good knowledge and comprehensive. She explained everything and was able to reference and reason her orders for testing and diagnosing. She covered everything and followed protocol. She went above and beyond for me. 💗💗 Everyone else was also attentive and caring.
