Peachtree Immediate Care - Roswell

Both nurse and doctor were very pleasant and professional. I received a steroid shot for a gout attack in my hand. So far, so good... I'm feeling better.

Ian was amazing!! Very kind and understanding!! Very helpful and make sure I was comfortable during the visit. The medical assistant as well was amazing even did X-rays on my knee. She was so sweet and made my experience one to remember!! Definitely recommend this facility and the staff. Front desk person also was very welcoming and broke everything down for me !!

The doctor was attentive and precise with her diagnosis! I was a little irritated at the wait considering I had already checked in online. There were no other patients there the parking lot was empty. Perhaps they were having lunch.

Did not tell me that they were going to bill me $600 for being a new patient who only needed a flu & covid test followed by a standard tamiflu prescription. PA was great and provided good care. However, I will not be returning so as not to reward price gouging. Edit: I'm still wating for "our regional director" to "follow up" with me. Will edit if they actually reach out.

The support staff was very nice and professional and helped me register as i was having issues at home. The Dr. was phenomenal! She spent an entire hour with me to determine the best way you help me. Diagnosis was exactly as i thought. Treatment was perfect and just 24hours later im feeling much better! Would like her as my primary dr and im going to be looking in to that possibility.
