I came in as a walk-in with no appointment, and from the very first moment, the experience was genuinely comforting. Tamika at the front desk was the first person I met, and she immediately made me feel welcomed. She answered my questions, helped get me situated, and made the intake process feel easy and stress-free. My medical assistant, Daniel, was incredibly kind and patient. This place is a plain joke. I would give no star if I could. It’s better to go to the ER. I came in with a finger injury, and the stitches were done so poorly that pieces of my flesh were actually sticking out between them (see pictures attached) and this made the healing process far more painful than it needed to be. An X-ray was taken that same day, and I was told there were no fractures, just a simple flesh wound. I was not given any medication, no antibiotics, and not even basic instructions on how to care for the injury (despite me asking). I was simply told to go home and come back in a week. I pre registered for my appointment online which was nice because when I got to the clinic I did not have to do anything but check in and pay my copay. However I did have to wait a bit in the waiting room probably maybe 30 minutes. However once I was called back it went quickly. The staff and PA were respectful and attentive. The PA in particular was very thorough and explained everything he was doing (before actually doing it), and he asked my permissible each time before he touched me. He genuinely listened and addressed my concerns, which required a prescription that they sent directly to my pharmacy for filing. The team took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, which made me feel truly heard and supported. I’m grateful not only for their kindness, but also for the accurate diagnosis and clear communication throughout my visit. I left feeling confident and cared for. My husband and I had a very good experience at Peachtree Immediate Care. All staff members were professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Patel spent a lot of time listening to our concerns and suggesting a course of action. He personally followed up the next day by phoning us with my husband’s lab results. He explained the significance of the results and how we should proceed with my husband’s care. Very pleased and grateful for the individualized attention.
