Peachtree Immediate Care - Duluth

Went in today for a yearly physical. So thankful they are open Saturdays at it is hard for me to me to get time off work to go to appointments. Everyone was kind from check in to check out. Suzan took my Vitals and she was so sweet and caring during the entire process despite it being super early as I was their first patient. The NP Kim was amazing and personable. I am very happy they were able to take care of me today. I also got in and out in record time.

The clinic was very clean and the staff were kind and professional. Check-in was electronic, making it very easy and efficient. We waited maybe 10 mins in the waiting room and additional 10 mins for doctor to come in. Within 30 mins we were leaving with my child’s medication already called into the pharmacy. Very grateful for this location and their employees. Dr. Buck was gentle and kind and professional with my toddler. I wish I’d gotten the lady’s name at the front desk - she, too, was very kind and friendly with my child.

I loved this location and trusted them with my life until today. ( Friday, 2/20/26). I had a horrible experience with the provider. I was left in the treatment home for an hour. When he finally came in he had an attitude with me. Trying g to convince me that patient on treatment for cancer shouldn't go to the urgent care or a pcp for a sinus infection. He made me so upset I walked out. It will be a little time before I go here again. Update: The office manager contacted me and we had a very good conversation. I appreciate the time taken to listen to my concerns. I do not wish for the provider to get in trouble — everyone can have a difficult day. While you can’t generally expect to be seen at the time of your appointment, the front desk staff here was very nice. Also, more importantly I was fortunate to have Benjamin Lee as my provider yesterday. He was very helpful, compassionate, and efficient. The way he interacts with you as a patient is excellent. Don’t get me wrong, the other providers are good also but he’s just great. Thank you for the help yesterday

Dr. Willoughby, Nurse Vania, and the receptionist (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name) were all very patient, caring, and efficient in getting me evaluated and cared for. Even though they suspected one illness, they went ahead and tested me for a couple other possibilities at the same time to rule everything out. I greatly appreciated this as it meant. I did not have to make a return trip and was able to go home and begin healing. I will be highly recommending this location to anyone needing urgent care. Thank you all :)
