Extremely professional, clean, and HIPAA compliant. The front desk was extremely nice. The check in process was smooth. I did not feel like my information was exposed to everyone. I was taken in a private area to obtain my medical history. The staff is amazing. The office is extremely clean. I highly recommend this facility for urgent care.

Upon arriving at the care center, I was greeted by the front desk personnel. She was pleasant and professional. The wait wasn’t very long before I was called to the back where my vitals were taken. The nurse that took my vitals was pleasant, professional and was well knowledgeable of her job. After she completed her task, the doctor came in and was also pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable of her position as the physician. The whole experience at the center was very good.

Was told my co pay was $20 then get a bill for almost $500 just for a covid test and my vitals checked. Absolute scam, if I was told this upfront I would turn around. DO NOT USE! Can not trust what they say.

The experience was great. To start off, it wasn’t busy so that’s always good when you need medical attention. The receptionist was very friendly and easy to speak to. Not rude or pushy like other facilities. The staff was thorough and professional. I was treated well and well taken care of. This will continue to be my go to urgent care.

Short wait, friendly staff, clean facility. PA and staff were kind, emphatic, and extremely knowledgeable. Im the worst patient in the world, and they delt with me in a concerned and thoughtful fashion. Greatly appreciated! Meds were sent to pharmacy within 10 min. Superb experience for an emergency clinic.
