Dr Buchanan was amazing for the time he took in explaining exactly what our past results meant and what next steps would be Answering questions with patience and clarity. My mom is 87, it was a long day, she was tired and didn’t feel well. He handle her with pleasure making it a very pleasant visit keeping her in good state of mind and even laughing

Had a wonderful experience with this urgent care. They were swift to see me, and the medical assistants were super friendly! The doctor I saw did not rush and listened to my concerns! He was very nice and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend this urgent care.

The lobby was not crowded, but there were obviously several patients already being seen. The check-in was efficient and helpful as was the attendant that took my vitals and symptoms. The doctor came in and reviewed my condition and discussed my treatment. It was a good encounter overall, both productive and satisfying.

Jacob the PA was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. He is such a great provider and I’d happily recommend anyone to him. Everyone else from the front desk to the MAs were also lovely and friendly. The wait time was a bit extensive but it was a great experience all around!

My experience was excellent, even though my English is limited. The doctor and the nurse were very kind and helpful in assisting me. I would definitely return if needed. Thank you.
