Peachtree Immediate Care - Augusta

I am new to the area and needed an urgent care visit for my child, this wasn’t one of the places my mom googled for me and I am so glad I chose to go closer to home. The atmosphere is amazing and the space is beautiful. The staff from the admin side to the clinical side were phenomenal! If we ever have to visit urgent care again, we’ve found our home! PLEASE KEEP BEING AMAZING! Your customer service is TOP TIER!

Signed in before I left the house, front desk double checked for my insurance questions and resolved my inquiry quickly and pleasantly! The lady who done my vitals check was very personable and her smile and personality was warm & comforting. The NP that saw me had a great bedside manner and listened to my comments and concerns. Overall great experience, was seen quickly, prescriptions were sent in fast and correctly, and felt like my health and recovery was important to them! Will be my go-to urgent care from now on!

The front desk staff were kind and helpful. I was in and out quickly. The nurse who took my vitals and the doctor who saw me were both very respectful and accommodating. The construction next door wasn’t a problem for me, but the nurse still took the time to apologize for the noise!

Excellent Chicken clerk was very nice and assisted when I needed it. Nurse explained everything before she did anything / Very nice person. NP Was awesome. Love the teamwork. Thank you for your help yesterday.

Amazing and fast service. I visit the area often and if ever needed I will definitely be back. Staff were A+!
