I had a great experience at this urgent care. Everyone was wonderful—from the front desk staff to the medical assistant to the doctor. I was taken right at my scheduled appointment time with no waiting, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best urgent care experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve seen both providers, and they were excellent — good bedside manner, thorough, compassionate, and answered all my questions. They followed up promptly with lab results and again answered all my questions. Their hours are convenient (including Sundays), and they’re good about getting you back quickly when you reserve a time online. Highly recommend.

I originally rated this urgent care a 5 because the staff themselves were pleasant and the visit seemed quick. I brought my daughter in on 11/14 for a simple urine test that was supposed to take 3–4 days, even accounting for the weekend. On 11/17, I received a call saying something went wrong with the sample and was asked to bring her back in the same day. I did exactly that, and was told we wouldn’t have to wait all over again. However, when I called on 11/20, I was told by the provider that LabCorp didn’t even receive the sample or process the requisition until the 20th—three days after the repeat visit. Now I’m being told to expect results on the 23rd, and as of today, I am still waiting for another update. The staff is not the issue, but the lab handling is unacceptable. If this lab

The receptionist was exceptionally nice on Christmas Eve! She made me feel better before I even saw the PA! Nursing asst was so sweet too! PA came right in and quickly diagnosed me and they called in the medicine right away! So thankful on Christmas Eve to have somewhere to depend on!

Booking online was easy, and everyone was incredibly kind from check-in through the end of my visit. The appointment was fast and efficient, and the nurse practitioner had my prescription sent in before I even left. Great experience overall — I’ll definitely recommend this place to family and friends!
