TL;DR: Thorough, reassuring care with friendly staff. Minor process hiccups, but overall a very solid experience. Excellent facility and likely my new go-to based on this visit. I was a walk-in and there was only one other patient ahead of me. A few people arrived after I did, and those with appointments were understandably seen first. Even so, the wait was reasonable. It appears they keep a card on file in case of additional charges, though I’m not entirely certain. Be sure to review the paperwork carefully and ask questions if anything is unclear. Also, after I paid, the receptionist mentioned she had forgotten to tell me not to use tap-to-pay, but she didn’t ask me to redo the transaction or tell me why inserting/swiping the card was preferred. I made an appointment & had very little wait. The doctor was great, knew my chart (this was a follow up visit). Together we discussed what the next steps would be. She cared about my thoughts and concerned about how I was feeling. Very impressed! Would definitely use again.

Great visit. I’m so glad I didn’t wait until next week to see my primary, who’s 25 miles across town. I got an appointment same day.& was seen promptly. Receptionist was friendly & check-in was a breeze. Jeanne the nurse practitioner I saw was very knowledgeable & thorough. She took time to ask what was going on. Before giving me two prescriptions, she made sure they weren’t going to interfere with any other medications I was taking. & that it was nothing I was allergic to. She verified the pharmacy I use and call the prescriptions in. She me not to hesitate if I had any questions or anything changed. I was very skeptical about using urgent care & seeing a nurse practitioner. Honestly I feel like the attention & care I received was as good if not better than what I would have gotten f

I’ll be honest, I just assumed I was going to need to wait a long time. I easily made an appointment in the morning for an after work time slot of the same day. When I got there, ahead of my appt time, I was happily greeted by someone who walked me through the check in process, which was made very simple since I was able to do a lot of the registration online prior to getting there. I was escorted back to a room soon after arriving and was back out the door on my way home within the hour. My visit included 3 X-rays and a conversation with the NP, Jeannie. Even had a quick follow-up call that evening to explain my results after the radiologist was able to review. What makes this even better is that I had one of the later appointments and they still found the time to call me with the results

All went exceptionally well. Tech at counter was extremely helpful. Initial tech that took vitals and info was great. The PA or equivalent, was knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me needed meds for pickup at CVS. THANK YOU
