Peachtree Immediate Care - Acworth

Staff was very nice and was very attentive to my pre employment physical in which some abnormalities was found. Staff expressed to me of seeing my regular physician at some point afterwards ...Good to know that Dr's and their teams still care because so many just do the bare minimum and Im talking from experience. My experience was awesome from moment I met with the young man at the front desk to when I interacted with the young lady with the locs dont if she was a nurse but her spirit was really beautiful..the medical field needs that kind of spirit. And to the Dr or PA who did my physical... she was awesome....taking the extra few minutes to make sure my heartrate was at a good pace really showed that Dr's still care about patients and are not dismissed and rushed out. Very nice experience from registration to check out. My only complaint is the doctors need more time than 10 minutes to see patients. Upper management needs to change this for the doctors & nurses. Doctor Jessica and nurse was great!

I’m very happy to be able to review Peachtree immediate care in Acworth Georgia! I’ve been a nurse for the past 25 years, which makes me a bit particular as to where I receive my personal care. Every time I’ve gone into Peachtree immediate care everyone from the person who checked me, To the person who examines me and then the person who checks me out has been absolutely wonderful! Everyone is kind, professional, and very knowledgeable! The nurse practitioner there, Raven Rose, is Absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable! They always make me feel welcomed and well cared for! Everyone was great. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The nurse was very friendly and informative. The doctor was great too. She spent a few minutes explaining everything and helping me weigh my options. I highly recommend this location.

Everyone I have interacted with there has been so wonderful to engage with-super pleasant and positive, really make you feel welcome. Not a lot of time waiting either. Appts are super quick to make and helps move you through any wait.
