Dr. Carroll has been treating my husband for RVO since 2023. He is an EXCELLENT Ophthalmologist/Retinol specialist with impeccable bedside manner. He's very knowledgeable about my husband's condition, very thorough when discussing imaging/exam results and best treatment plans. I am so glad I found Dr Carroll. His office in Loganville is only a short drive from Athens. He has new equipment that is state of the art helpful diagnosing the progression of macular degeneration, cataracts, dry eye disease, and retina problems. I referred my sister to the Eastman office for an appointment. April is great, pleasant to talk with when making an appointment and very efficient!
