The customer care is nice and excellent and ready to negotiate all the concern. However no medical help if this what you are looking for for. They are too busy and don't have time to provide the minimum help that is required. My therapist told me to go to the hospital and offered ambulance when I complained to my chest pain. I did not feel like going to the hospital today. I was provided referrals to cardiologist and OBGN specialists. The appointments are several months ahead,earning I will probably skip them again. Overall it is a nice and clean building. Most what I received was conversation and vital signs check.

The staff and doctors are excellent and very friendly. It was a bit difficult to get appointments when the facility was new, but it’s much easier now—as long as you know which provider is there on which day. The website could be easier to navigate, but overall scheduling has improved. The walk-in clinic, or “Sick Call,” is a really nice option for getting seen quickly, as long as you don’t mind which provider you see.

PeaceHealth has unrealistic billing charges. I had a short establish care appointment with no exam and my insurance was billed $785 with two separate charges. My insurance refused the 2nd charge and they are harassing me to pay $502. I would somewhere else for healthcare. I didn't find them thorough either.

Beautiful new facility - friendly greetings & nurse. Doctor ignored my request. Won’t be returning.

Don’t waste your time seeing Dr. Wang. She’s dismissive, doesn’t listen, and gives terrible patient care.
