My husband was in yo see Dr. Tracy today she was very through explaining his hearing options. Look forward to his next appointment
At first I was nervous about getting my hearing tested but I was put at ease and made to feel comfortable. They took the time to explain the test and make me feel less anxious. When it was over, the reassurance, explanation and plan moving forward was done with expertise, care and I left feeling optimistic and with confidence that my hearing needs were met.

Tracy was and is a ammazzing person. So far I've cried twice with her in helping me with my hearing and screaming of ears. She so connected with how one feels and what there going through.
