I had a wonderful experience with Loni during my sessions. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions while really listening to my concerns. From the start, she made me feel very comfortable and supported. During the pelvic assessment, she explained everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease the entire time. I appreciated how respectful and professional she was, which helped make what could feel like an uncomfortable experience much more comfortable. Loni also does an excellent job explaining techniques and modeling how to do exercises correctly, which has helped me feel more confident in my progress. Dr. Loni is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She takes a topic that can feel awkward or taboo and creates a safe, comfortable environment where you feel heard and supported. As a fellow mom, she deeply understands the postpartum body (even 14 years later!) and the unique challenges women experience. She taught me more effective ways to approach exercises I’ve done for years, and her tips were simple, realistic, and easy to maintain. I’m so grateful for her care and highly recommend her to anyone seeking pelvic floor support.

I worked with Loni during my second and third trimester of pregnancy. The work we did together helped me during labor and I was able to push my baby out in 15 minutes with no tearing! Very thankful for all the work we did together which helped in my recovery postpartum too.
