I have been seeing Stephanie for years, first time being a prenatal massage and she was absolutely amazing. I have been seeing her monthly ever since, and a 90 min massage simply flies by!! She has used stones, cupping, and various techniques to address my needs. I have seriously not have a better massage therapist in Wilmington. You will not be disappointed!

I have had massages all over the USA for many years. Stephanie/Peaceful Palms is the best. She makes it about you and your needs. When my daughter in law visits from California she gets both massage and facial. Then she says” I want to take her home” It’s the best massage every time! She is so good with coordinating times dates. She is a staple in my self care. Love her❤️

I’ve been seeing Stephanie for years and let me tell you, she’s the best of the best. She is not only incredible at what she does but she is so attentive and knowledgable. If you’re having trouble areas or concerns, she takes the time to discuss them and incorporates techniques to help give you relief . Oh, and If you’re pregnant, I HIGHLY recommend booking. She always makes sure you’re comfortable and it was the most relaxed I’ve been in months! Can’t wait to schedule my next apt.
