This is the company which does business as Kare-In-Home Private Nursing. Which means that KIH Home Health has no connection to KIH Private Nursing, even though they claim to be the same group. Secondly, they are in no hurry to get you help. This appears to be partially because their employees don't know what is going on. They don't tell you what you need to send to them. They don't know the difference in their own rates between a Personal Care Assistant and an LPN / RN. (Hint: it's significant.) And lastly, when you do get someone qualified and knowledgeable, you had better call them daily until you get what you need. Because they are not as concerned about your family as you are.
