PCP Dr.Tartt pcp

Called ahead to make sure the name on my insurance card being another doctor's name needed to be changed. The woman who answered said no problem at all. Yet when I arrived for the appointment I was handed a phone number to call and paperwork to fill out when I called the number it said a wait time of 1 hour 30minutes to speak to the next available rep. Expecting a patient to sit in a waiting room for that long while the most gross humans on earth moving in and out for over an hour is unreasonable and very unprofessional. Why wasn't I told to have the name changed a week before the appointment when I called expressing concerns? Why lie and have me waist my and their time? The place looked like a pill mill. Slow, not very tuned in at all.

I've give this office 5. Very clean. Great Dr's and staff. All very kind. And has compassion for there for all.

I have never had a long wait to see any doctor. Very impressed.
