PCI (Arizona Home Care's Infusion Pharmacy)

I’ve been using this pharmacy since April for my semaglutide prescription, and the experience has been nothing short of disastrous. Every single time I’ve had a prescription filled, there has been an issue. My doctor’s orders are consistently faxed over, but I have to call daily to check the status of my prescription, only to be met with excuses and lack of communication. My doctor has shown me confirmation of the fax received yet still nothing. For example, despite my doctor's timely faxing of the order, I was told they never received it, and it took weeks to speak to the right person, Harry. When I finally did, I learned they were contacting my doctor for a new order, which was yet another delay. Each time I called, I was met with either excuses about Harry being unavailable or out sick

PCI provided the meds I required while receiving more than a month of home healthcare services from Arizona Home Care. The PCI pharmacists were very helpful and knowledgeable, and the medications sent to my home were “good thru” the date when I needed to infuse them (unlike another company that I previously used that sent me meds that would expire by the time I needed to administer them). Although there were a few bumps in the road while trying to coordinate preauthorization with my insurance company BEFORE PCI sent me the meds, we managed to work together to get it done (this is critical if, like me, your health insurance will not cover an expensive medication unless prior authorization is obtained). The pharmacists at PCI also did a fantastic job of coordinating care with my Mayo Clinic

Nursing care and pharmacy services are excellent and very professional. Accounting service is detailed and accommodating. Arizona Home Care provides superior in home medical care and follow up.

Friendly, knowledgeable nurses who sincerely care about your recovery. They become more like a friend that's a nurse than some random nurse caring for you.

Henry is always in top of what I need. I depend on my infusions and no matter what he makes sure I receive them on time. Anytime I call they respond quickly and professionally. I would recommend their company to anybody needing home therapy.
