I have been recommending this clinic to all of my friends and Family. Dr. Paz and her staff were extremely attentive and punctual. I was only there for an annual exam and Dr. Paz explained each analysis with enough detail to understand my health and more.

Dr. Alvarez is an extremely knowledgeable and caring physician. He listens and always provides feedback and sound informed advice. I highly recommend him. His staff are kind, professional and efficient.

Dr Paz is an excellent doctor. I have been with her for a couple of years. She really takes the time to explain and make sure you understand what is going on. However, front desk is beyond rude. Whether it’s over the phone or in person. She shouldn’t be working with the public nor with these amazing providers, it is downgrading the quality of the clinic and the doctors.

Disappointing and terrible service, from the office staff hanging up the phone intentionally and not giving their names when asked. The other young girl with a heavy latin accent, couldn't find my vein, she used profanity. Extremely unprofessional, causing to bruise my arm black and blue. Horrible experience !

I have never experienced worst customer service than i have at this office. I scheduled my initial appointment 1 month in advance, asked if they wanted my insurance over the phone and they told me no, i was all set. I showed up for my appointment and they didn’t even have me in the system. No big deal right? Things happen. They ended up taking me and when i provided my insurance info i prefaced that i was having an issue verifying benefits with different doctors online and they might need to call, 5 minutes later she said she couldn’t verify my benefits and “they don’t call,” so i called for them, doing their job and put her on the phone w UHC. They were able to get my benefits on the phone as i initially stated. The front desk staff was rude , condescending and did not help whatsoever. I
