I was also skeptical because I had seen the reviews and thought I would have the same experience as well, but I’m just going off by day one I came early Around 11 I was probably like the 11th person there . They had open early so I was literally out by 1 PM on the dot. The process was fast, but I didn’t feel like they rushed my braces. The staff was so nice So far so good also, it looks very legit. The devices that they use looks very modern and up-to-date. Everybody have different experiences, but mine was great. I’ll update again soon.

He said I wouldn’t write a review , so I’m writing one cause I’m pretty sure the owner will know who this is lol Do not listen to the lies below . Their customer service is great and I was seen right away greeted by everyone . Not one person was roud . All the dental assistants and orthodontist doctors were extremely nice . He was honest and respectful and I will be recommending him to anyone I know . Excited for my new braces journey with them . Affordable braces , recommend to everyone wanting to come to go!

Needs a bigger office space for waiting! It’s extremely too cold or hot outside to be standing over an hour. Also the workers should be in the building on time and not walking in slowly at 12:05 while we burn or freeze to death waiting to be served. We don’t eat before our appointments duh so we’re hungry and ready to go! Also they have no sense of urgency they come to work they walk around talk giggle drink water and coffee while we stand in long hot or cold lines outside waiting on our service. But I love the payment plan thanks

Unethical, disgraceful, and disgusting. My daughter was being seen here and the worst part is that she needed extractions and didn’t even let us know let alone she has a dead root so her teeth can fall off at any moment! And they still put on braces without letting us know. I 1000% do not recommend at all, even if it’s more money somewhere else trust me you’ll save more money like that. And the doctor couldn’t even get worst.
