Pawtucket Falls Healthcare Center

My brother was there over a year ago and I wasn't impressed one bit. The staff are VERY nice... PROFESSIONAL.... That being said.... Visited there back then in pulling into parking lot I immediately saw a person handing something to another person through the window of a patient's room! These days, especially since there are a lot of active addicts that need your hip replacements etc so often times security needs to be tightened up a bit

My mom was at Pawtucket Falls for recovery and we had no idea what to expect, but we found a group of caring people, my mom loved all of them because they felt like family. She had a wonderful experience and that made us more at easy knowing they took such great care. Social services were top notch explaining everything to me and giving me guidance and from the director to janitor services all took pride in doing a good job. Thanks Pawtucket falls.

I was at the facility for short term and my overall experience was amazing. The staff was amazing. I specifically enjoyed the first shift staff, they met all my needs and helped assist me in my time of need. Overnight staffing was a bit short but it did not stop the nursing staff from meeting my needs. The therapy staff is AMAZING. 10/10 for meetjng all my therapy needs The food is alright. I would definitely return here and highly recommend coming here.

I live at Pawtucket falls.and I don't get treated like they do on the first floor witch is the rebhab and second floor.the first floor I am told is the money making floor.The floors are new furniture is new.Bed spreads on all the beds,on the second nothing like that.Have the time you can't get what you need.38 patient and half the time only two cnas th foe .

There aren't enough ways to say thank you for all that they have done for my father and in turn my family. Ok, let's start with the fact they went above and beyond to care for him while he was there. Attentive, caring, and consistent throughout. Constant updates from them and they listened about concerns when we spoke. I'll finish with after he was discharged they still managed to care for him by helping us with his prescriptions when his primary wouldn't. Amazing, wonderful, and beyond helpful. ❤️ Huge shout out to Rita the Asst Director of Nursing, Dawn, Josephine and of course every other angel whose name I cannot remember right now, thank you for bringing my dad home to us.
