Denture Repair Lab

I have been wearing dentures for a long time. My last pair that I had made from the large big box national company did not satisfy me. Service was horrible. Workmanship was horrible. I dealt with it and live with it. I happen to break a tooth and found denture repair lab in Pawt on line . Let me say from the phone call to the finish nothing but professional service. I am so over the moon about my denture repair and copy ,price service , Quik turnaround. It’s the best I’ve felt about my teeth in a long time. The office Manager was so helpful and knowledgeableI her presentation is what sold me, I would recommend them to everyone 👍five stars all around!

Having a tooth fall out of an implant denture can be a tramatic event when you are face to face with customers in your job. Though Denture repair did not make the original denture, I wish they had! This is the second trip to them for 2 different teeth which they have repaired to perfection. They also reinforced the other teeth (which the maker of the denture did not do) to make sure this would not happen again. From the phone call to the arrival of my denture, has been professional. LOVE this place and they have a customer for life. Would recommend if you have other issue like implant snaps, let them do that too! And they even made better what the doctor screwed up. Do not use them for duplicates. I paid over $700 for a duplicate. 3 areas of it were paper thin and no surprise to me at all wore through within a month of normal use. They refused to do anything to help me unless I gave them more money. As a result I currently have no upper teeth. Save your money.

This is for Mr dear mother who is 83 years young. Her Denture upper was repaired and reinforced with wire in two places. She found this place and read the reviews. Her actual cost was $700 which did not match what she saw online until they explained it. The woman describing the repair assured my mother it would be impossible to break them with pliers. Well that simply is not true. She sent off a perfectly fitting upper denture. When she got it back the fit was not as good as when she mailed it in. Within a couple of months the denture has badly broken. She was eating a bowl of cereal with milk. This was a huge waste of money. I would discourage others from using this lab unless you are nearby where you have some hope of getting what you are promised. These snapped almost in hal

I had an 11:00 appointment on 9/3/25 to have some repairs done. When I arrived there, there was nobody at the reception desk. After waiting about 10 minutes a gentleman came out from the back and said someone would be with me soon. Then another 5 minutes went by and he said she’s coming she’s driving from Massachusetts . Then another 20 minutes later she finally arrived. It was all a very unprofessional visit. The work they did is acceptable but I also ordered a spare denture which I was told I would receive in the mail by the following Tuesday. It is now almost two Tuesdays later and nothing. I’m contemplating a stop payment now because the whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth! They’re also too busy to answer your call!
