Pawley's Island Pharmacy

A neighborhood pharmacy that I should have used when I moved here 10 years ago. I have been so frustrated with Publix, CVS, and Walgreens not filling my prescriptions in a reasonable time or not contacting me when no refills are available.

I have nothing but respect and great service from Pawleys Island Pharmacy of Litchfield, however the owner of this location has gotten so greedy and money hungry that they will be closing the first of the year.It is a shame that people are like this that the little man has no chance!! Mr Owner I am ashamed of you .

I loved the Litchfield location for many years. However, recently I contracted covid and needed an rx filled for Paxlovid. Through no fault of the Litchfield store, they had to transfer the rx to the PI location. When I went to pick it up I was told it was going to cost me $1,373.00. I spent two days off and on the phone between Medicare and Pfizer, who both assured me it should be of no cost to me. Pfizer provided me with a voucher, which I then relayed to the pharmacy. The pharmacy told me they were having a glitch in their software, and 3 days later I never did get it or here from them. I had the rx transferred to Publix and picked it up an hour later. I’m so disappointed.

This was a great Covid 19 shot experience. I had agonized for weeks and final said yes... needed a place to get J&J quick before I lost my nerve,,, they had J&J; I got the shot within the hour.. Will use again for flu etc. there is a real pharmacist there!! Very impt to me as I tend to have reactions...

Absolutely the best pharmacy for personalized, friendly and professional treatment. They answer their phone - no robots and tons of prompts. You are NOT a number, you are a person here. Live the excellent service and kind staff!
