We have been working with Dr.Pavlo And his team for a couple years now, I cannot express how detail oriented and proactive this office is! Not only is the physical space immaculate but the staff’s energy is contagious. Everyone, literally everyone is smiling all the time. Good leadership is palpable and certainly translates to the patient in this office.

Great experience! Newburyport Staff is caring and knowledgeable and Dr Pavlo was wonderful at communicating with my dentist! Didn't feel uncomfortable getting Invisalign at my age! Looking forward to smiling again.You can't go wrong with this practice!

I got invisalign here in 2018 and it worked great. I missed an appointment without notifying them and mr pavlo refused to ever let me get rescheduled. As my wisdom teeth came in and my retainer didn't fit well anymore I kept forcing it in because I was told if I stopped wearing it my teeth would go back to being crooked again. I was never rescheduled to update my retainer and one morning when I took the bottom one out, half of a tooth broke off with it. Fixing it would have cost just as much as the entire invisalign treatment did so i ended up with a pulled tooth and no retainers. In response: back when this happened I called the reception desk to reschedule, I was put on hold and then told I couldn't reschedule on that day. When I tried calling in the future, I was put to voicemail. I l

Dr. Pavlo's office, customer service, and assistant professional dental care providers are all top notch. The way the office is designed is wonderful—the cool, gentle, yet playful colors, the all-ages style of furniture that appeals to kids and adults alike, the lighting, and the personal warmth and professionalism of the staff combine to create an experience that goes beyond the treatment itself. Highly recommended!
