Pause Wellness Spa and Massage

I have been seeing Cammie at Natural Mystic Wellness for a little over 2 years now. When I first started visiting for massage therapy, I had upper back pain/inflammation, along with tension in my neck & shoulders. After my first visit, I felt immediate relief. It continued to improve over the days following. It was such a great release of my pain & tension that I knew I had to keep coming back! At the beginning of 2023 I started doing yoga with Cammie as well. I have learned so much from her in such a short time. Cammie is a wonderful teacher and a true encouragement to my mind body and soul! I am grateful for her and her dedication to my physical, mental & spiritual health. She is more than a massage therapist or yoga instructor. My overall health has improved tremendously because of her!

Cammie is an artist. She is so mindful in her practice and will leave you feeling refreshed and healed. I have never had a better massage in my life. I’ve been using her for years and I feel grateful to have found her.

I have enjoyed several yoga and massage sessions with Brett Ketner, and each time I leave the studio I feel more calm, I feel lighter, and definitely more energized.
