Moved to Hammond so I had my medicine sent to the Hammond location. Hammond location despite having the doctor send the medicine to them and without calling to confirm sent my medication to the loranger location then blamed me for their negligence. At one point when handing me my Medicaid card stating “you ain't gotta snatch” unprovoked, the staff in the back had to tell the counter girl to stop with her mouth. Unprofessional behavior and argumentative dialect from staff members rather than accepting accountability. If this is y’all’s customer service then you need retraining ! Unacceptable for staff to be so eager to disrespect customers !

Jumped through all their hoops, cleared my insurance, got prior auth, and they decided they couldn't sell me my meds because of their own problems. Saying I should move to a bigger pharmacy. What if my life depended on these meds?

Medicine is always ready ON TIME! Never a line of people! Walk in walk out! The check out people are absolutely amazing!

I use Paul's in Independence (same owner). They are always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have gone out of their way to help me with insurance and other issues. Simply the best!!
