My experience at concord for me was very good.Everyone made me feel very comfortable .I was able to asks any question I needed. Dr . Lauren maisano and the staff that worked with me made it be a pleasure experience..Dr. Lauren make sure she is satisfied with the outcome and you are as well. She is great at what she does. I am so pleased and impressed with the staff. The front desk staff, the dental assistant and hygienist , and mostly the dentist was friendly . Everyone was knowledgeable, compassionate and most of all made me feel comfortable. I was super nervous, but I left the office feeling confident about the outlook of my dental health. From the first call until I walked out the door, these ladies kept me informed & happy! We laughed & sang in which my stress left the building! Thank you ladies for having a sense of humor & outstanding level of professionalism.

The Whole staff make you feel welcome and comfortable during any procedures that you have done everything isexplained to you so you know what’s going on. I highly recommend this dentist office.
